Impressions, the annual techno-cultural festival of Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Sector 62, Noida, is a two day pulsating festival with an array of events, allowing the students to exhibit and participate in technical and academic pursuits of programming, robotics, panel discussions, talk shows and many more creative challenges.
Impressions is that time of the year when the air around the vast campus is filled with exuberance and enthusiasm. It provides ample opportunities to the young students of today to experience and live their passions doing theme walks, fashions shows and at the same time express their talent and versatility through choreography and street plays. With engaging events attracting a large amount of participants and featuring several widely renowned artists, Impressions will witness a crowd of around 9000 people.
Over the years, Impressions has witnessed the presence of celebrities like Nikhil D’souza with Band, SUNBURN Campus, Vh1 Supersonic 101 with prominent artists performing there. Nikhil Chinapa, who is a VJ, RJ and actor as well as a host of reality shows such as MTV Splitsvilla and India’s Got Talent has graced the stage at Impressions. Extremely well known Punjabi artists like Yo Yo Honey Singh and Musical Doctorz Sukh E with mass fan following have also performed here as well as Kailash Kher, which is a name that needs no introductions. Bands like The Local Train and EDM artists like Tatva K, Van Moon, Zaeden and Sartek, Anish Sood, RDB, K.K., Euphoria, Parikrama, Bombay Rockers, and Neeraj Sridhar have also joined this stage. The fest has also seen international artists like Rave Radio, Candice Redding and Club Banditz.

A young Pune-based DJ, singer and dance music producer, he makes bass heavy music reach in eastern sounds owing to his training in Hindustani classical music. His most famous works include ‘Udd Gaye’, ‘Jeet’, ‘Barso’ as well as his 4-track EP titled ‘YUV’ which crossed 100,000 streams in less than 10 months of release.
